We have a new round of 4th Dimension Coffees coming out.

Here’s the updated map that includes places and details of what is left of the last batch plus all the new coffees that’ll be coming out in the next couple of months.  https://drive.google.com/open?id=1adXM7jqNuFRr4xxqvDP1ufA5CCpC24vx&usp=sharing

Little by little we are developing the roastery. With the three retail locations, we’re not in a huge rush to sell to others. We very much appreciate all of the inquiries and will let folks know when we do make that step. For now you can drink 4th Dimension Coffee in all of our locations and buy some for home from our retail shelves. We roast everything on site at CC Lakewood.

Also, some folks have been asking about our approach to purchasing. For those of you who know us well, it is very much in line with the way we run and develop the rest of the business. For now here’s a short blurb that we’ll add to as we update our website.

At 4th Dimension Coffee we carefully source a traceable and delicious selection of coffees that each offer a unique tasting experience.  We are interested in beautiful seasonal single origins that shine in what is only true to them and in blends that we create with coffees that are complementary and complex that we can offer year round. We purchase relationship coffees that focus on farmer and consumer at above fair trade levels and pay our team a Living Wage minimum. Quality of product and life drive our program that aims to keep coffee approachable while featuring the beauty of each unique bean. 4th Dimension Coffee continually strives to touch that magical moment where flavor, aroma, quality of life, sustainability of sourcing and beautiful extraction and experience all come together.
